Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary by carrier and destination but generally arrive within:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days (if selected)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and shipping destination.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s control.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we’re happy to help.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number.
  • Send clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
